To start off fall, we took Kayla to her first high school football game. It was youth night, and we walked in and Kayla knew all kinds of friends right away. She only sat with us for a few minutes before going down and dancing/playing with her friends. Papa was at the game with us too... it just so happened to be against North Ridgeville.
Over Labor Day, Ana got a Cedar Point pass for the rest of this year and next year!! So this started one of many trips to Cedar Point with them. I was nervous for how Ana would like everything and tried starting off slow... but very quickly I realized that she likes rides just fine! She rode everything and was very excited and enthusiastic for all the rides.
Sept 21st Kayla graduated from gold fish swim academy!! I was sooo proud of her for completing her lessons! I told her that as a reward, I was going to take her to Great Wolf Lodge. It's taken a while, but we are going to pair it with a trip to King's Island next year with Brylee and Raquel.
The next weekend, we were back at Cedar Point with Ana for Halloweekends. We loved the good candy that they passed out this year.
On Sunday, we all went to Hillcrest with the Delia's. The girls had a great time picking apples and playing together. We love going apple picking with them!
Unfortunately, on Sept 22nd 2025, Cody's dad passed away. We went back to Hancock for his funeral with had full military rights. It was a very touching moment when they handed Krista his flag.
This crazy girl with this glow necklace at Cedar Point... She was terrified of all the scare stuff at Cedar Point and was worried taht they would come up to. I forgot that at 5:45pm there is a parade of monsters that are walking to their stations that walks past Iron Dragon to Frontierland... Well we happened to be by there... and it was HUNDREDS of monsters walking by... and Ana was like don't you dare scare my friend! Stay away... and she didn't realize it but she was basically heckling them and drew the attention of EVERY monster... I saw them all turn and were ready to get them and then realized it was a couple 5 year old girls with no-boo necklaces on haha.
On Oct 2nd, Kayla lost her first tooth!
We went to Halloween, Chuck E Cheese with our neighbor, Dory.
The next Friday, we went with Sarah.
Saturday, we went to CP with Maia, Sam and Hannah.
We went to the Berea Harvest Festival, which was very packed... and very fun! They had ALL kinds of stuff there. It was a good time... except that I got a parking ticket when we left... :(
Next weekend was basically a repeat... Friday night Chuck E Cheese with Sarah.
Saturday... we were back to Halloweekends with Sarah!
That Sunday we went to the grand opening of Toy Kingdom in Strongsville. We were out and just happened to wander upon it.
For Halloween, Kayla went as Rumi from K-pop Demon Hunters. We started out with the neighborhood crew and her friend Ana. They went around trick or treating and had a great time together. I had to make sure that Kayla stayed together with Ana and Dory the best she could.
Nov 2nd was our last day of the season at CP. The girls went on a pony ride through Frontierland. We had sooo much fun at CP this year. We are so glad that Ana got a pass and can't wait to go with her next year!
To close out of fall, we went on the MOST incredible cruise we had ever been on... We stayed in an Aquatheater suite on Wonder of the Seas and we were Star class!! We had a genie and everything. It was the most incredible experience and cruise we've ever had.
