Kayla got her top two teeth this month! She loves to chew on anything she can get her hands on!
Happy chewing baby!
More teething pictures.
I love seeing this smiley face in her crib! Unfortunately, I only get to see this during the weekends, because baby girl HATES being woken up in the morning to go to daycare. When I wake her up, she cries... and cries...and cries. She hates waking up! Half the time she falls back asleep after eating, and is asleep when I drop her off at daycare. My girl is definitely NOT a morning person!
She still loves to stand up on her diapers.
Kayla is on the go! She is crawling around and trying to get into everything. She loves playing with her balls.
Her new goal is month is to stand up on anything that she can!
Here she is standing up.
We took Kayla to the park for the first time this month to go on the swing. She was more interested in looking at the other people in the park than she was about swinging.
Daddy pushing baby.
We have started to give Kayla teething biscuits to get her to eat a little bit more food.
Standing up on her swing...
I bought her an Elmo table that she loves! Here she is when I first gave it to her!
Happy baby! She LOVES this table! It does animal noises, ABC's, colors, shapes, and face body parts.
Feeding is going pretty much the same. She nurses just fine, but struggles with a bottle. I'm wanting to teach her how to drink from a cup/sippy cup.
We went on a family zoo trip with Aunt Becky, Uncle Bobby, and Abby.
On Daddy's shoulders.
Looking a the giraffes.
Best buddies!
Mama's and their babies! We had such a great day with them!
Look at my pretty girl! Daycare put her hair into these little pig tails and I almost died from the cuteness!
So of course I had to take pictures! Here's my girl, coming home and going straight to her Elmo table.
Sweet baby!
She looks so much like me in this picture!
Here is my nightly routine of getting bottles together. I pump throughout the day at work, and then I come home... wash my pump parts and her bottles from the day, and then later at night I make her bottles up. I have to measure and label the bottles with her daily information. It sucks because she's only taking 6-7 ounces on average of milk a day, but I'm making up her bottles with 12 ounces in them... so about half of my milk goes down the drain a day.
I'm still building up a milk stash though! So much so that we actually decided to get another little fridge for the basement. Cody has his "man cave" items in the fridge part... basically we got rid of his beer in our fridge upstairs, and then we moved my milk into the freezer! It really makes a big difference for the storage in our regular fridge.
Here's my extra extra milk. I still have a few bags in my fridge upstairs, but this is my overflow. I'm pretty proud of myself for storing up all this milk.
Kayla's first football season!! I was shopping on Facebook marketplace and found someone selling three cowboy onesies for $5! Woohoo! Those onesies are so freaking expensive to buy new! So I was excited to get these. Then I bought her a skirt off of Amazon to make it more girlie. However, I've pretty much ditched the skirt because it's hard for her to crawl in. It'll be good for next year too though, so she'll use it then.
I mean... could she be any cuter?!?!
Here is my view while trying to go to the bathroom. She likes to follow me inside the bathroom and climb on me haha.
We are slowly starting to offer Kayla more real foods. We got Arby's and gave her a little bit of the beef. Cosmo quickly realized that he has a new target to get food from.
"Hi Friend"
Kayla loves crawling into our dining room and getting into Cody's extra chips!
